Our Philosophy

Our passion is to help you create strong, fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.

Our connections to others and ourselves are what make us uniquely human. These relationships are not always easy, and they often go through seasons where support can be helpful. Or if you’re entering into a new phase of life, therapy can be an incredible resource for strengthening your relationships for the road ahead.

Our therapists strive to provide an environment to explore places where you are stuck, struggling, or want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. We create a place of openness, acceptance, and genuine care as we work together to establish goals for what change you would like to see in your life and relationships.

Strength-Based Systems Therapy

My approach is strength-based, which means I believe each person has their own strengths and perspectives that should be honored and explored in therapy. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have tools and techniques that may allow for further understanding of yourself, your relationship, and your family.

My therapeutic frame is grounded in Family Systems theory, and I also have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and incorporate other perspectives on psychotherapy.
